Hey, ya'll! Great performances and I am so happy to be mentoring you guys. Each of you are bringing something unique to this group and I hope I can help develop you along the way. I really did enjoy all these performances! Give yourselves a clap!

Susan - You really know how to get a crowd enjoying themselves and the show! You really put a smile on my face and everyone's else face! I love that you chose to sing a comical song because that's something no one else did tonight. If you want to take the Weird Al route with parody music, I love that you have your mind set on that, but I'd like to see some range and see you perform a serious song here and there sometimes too! This competition is going to see alot of people stepping outside their comfort zones!

Adam - You played a great homage to Maroon 5! I loved the vocals and I really loved the song choice! It's one of my personal favorites! I can tell that you will maybe go down that pop rock route with your sound, but it never hurts to experiment a little. I can see that's your comfortable bubble, but next week I want you to do something for me that expands your talent and shows me that your more than just pop rock! Let me see all that depth I know you have, Adam! Because I can tell you have alot of it!

Ne-Yo - First babe, you posted in the wrong thread! Nick was about to cut you! We can't have mishaps like that, ya'll! But since you belong with me and in my group, I can tell you right now that you are not eliminated from the competition. You just need to remember to post in the Overs' threads and also add a Youtube video to your posts, so I can get a clear idea of how you'd sound and how'd you perform the song. Overall, based on what I read, good song choice, I hope to see alot more from you. You're safe!

Fergie - I'm sorry doll. This is the end of the road for you. You didn't perform a song and when you don't perform, that means you're out of the competition. I don't know if it was a case of nerves or just not being able to get here in time, but I hope to see you apply and try next season if you still wish to.
